I am an everyday baker who loves creating fresh, healthy, and delicious treats for my family and friends. I started by elevating my meals using simple, high-quality ingredients. Now, I make baked goods that fit into busy, everyday life. My goal is to bring a little bit of homemade goodness to your table, making every meal a bit sweeter and healthier.

FOOD IS MY LOVE LANGUAGE! It’s my way of nourishing those I love. Selfishly, it provides an opportunity for me to slow down into an almost meditative state and focus on a creative, hands-on activity that provides joy to those I love.

I’m thankful to the Musser family of Capt’n Bill’s and Bills Brewing for taking a chance on me and offering my products on their menu. the idea
it all starts with an idea + inspiration.

the idea leads to recipe research + a general plan for ingredients + method.

I put the plan to the test in my home kitchen, where my designated TasteTesters™
provide feedback.

the bake
once the recipe is dialed in, I move it to the commercial kitchen to prepare to scale for larger production.
