DOUGH SEA DOUGH

let's get baking

what's cookin' on the 'gram

Had a LARGE order this week heading into @seaglass_monthly_market weekend. And FAILED - hard. 22 loaves came out flat and dense. Picture me pitchin a hissy in the bakery, mad at myself for so much waste. Feeling plain old sorry for myself. I got back in the kitchen the next night and made more dough, ready to bake on Friday.

And I received this tonight. This is why I go back to the kitchen. Why it's my sacred space where I can scream, and cry, and dance, and sing off key as loud as I want. Because messages like this make it ALL worth it. My heart is so full. ❤️🥖
